    I worked at American Airlines

    Pros

    Travel, Of course. AA flies to some of the best cities in the world. But you have to have a flexible schedule to take advantage of it, otherwise you are better off buying a ticket. Good co-workers.

    Cons

    Pay is lower than other industries, stock trading really low. Seniority is everything when it comes to when you work, so expect to work undesirable shifts when yo first start.

    Advice to Management

    Really recognize outstanding service, not just a pat on the back. Put a little more money in employees pockets to retain them.

    Airports are always far away from your home and you must be ready to work at any time since you don't always have the same itinerary
