    work from home, flexible hours, flight benefits

    Cons

    have to stay under 2 occurrences, get occurrences for using sick time, not the best pay

    try a different occurrence policy

    I worked at American Airlines full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    The people were great my coworkers were great. The traveling was fun. And I was paid well for the job I did

    Cons

    My supervisor never worked in the position she oversees and she acts like she knew it all. I had to go to training for it for 3 months and she had no training. But we had a good relationship.

    Advice to Management

    Managment should come out and do the job they are over seeing for a few days. see what its like before you judge

    Wholly owned. Crew meals. Paid cx. Family like atmosphere. Interview process was fun.

    Cons

    Management didnt really care about customer feedback cards.

    Advice to Management

    Dont get rid of employees that customers love

    Pros

    Benefits are outstanding. Free travel if you want to take risk, Medical and Dental are affordable and great. 401k plans with many options. Discounts on shopping, movies and dinners

    Cons

    Management, Senior Agents treat you like your less then they are, the forget there were new once, training is rushed and intense.

    Advice to Management

    Get all new managers at LAX, have the designated managers to the employees handle any issues with them. Keep the shifts the same longer and not have people's lives changing drastically with ridiculous schedule changes

    The flying benefits are amazing! You fly for free anywhere in the US and only pay taxes internationally.

    Cons

    Dealing with angry customers when flights are cancelled or delayed.

    Keep up the great work

    Pros

    Largest Airline in the world. Many cities to move around to.

    Cons

    No opportunity for advancing at Hub. Further skills training not approved. Low pay for largest airline (13.44 starting). Low profit sharing for largest airline (3%). You are just a replaceable number.

    Advice to Management

    Encourage and allow employees to attend more training to better the company rather than dismissing them. Actually pay a livable wage (so your employees don't have to double to make ends meet).
