(Come on.. nothing can get better than free flights all over the country and world for free with competitive salary) - They value you as a person rather than as a resource and let your take time to learn things and catch up. - If you work expected hours you should get done with any tasks which will help in work life balance!

- Heavily packed with meetings and can be difficult to get your work done and might need to stay after 5 or give a little time on weekend sometimes which is not that bad. - They lack on documenting things which can be challenging for a new hire (Will be different for different teams for sure)
