I worked at American Apparel full-time

    Pros

Very diverse and accepting in its hiring and great opportunities for younger people to get into the work force and accomplish something.

    Cons

The company was mostly run by people that were under 25 without real knowledge of retail. This was a pro because of the opportunity but it's also a con because it's chaotic

    Advice to Management

American Apparel management should restructure their districts and ensure they are hiring professional and experienced people in the higher up positions.
