I have been working at American Appliance full-time for less than a year

    Pros

i have alot of down time to do school work and do my own thing

    Cons

dealing with a boss that does not care who she humiliates or drags down, does not care how rude she is to customers. i am here 90% of the time by myself

    Advice to Management

please make sure in the future you do not take advantage of the kindness in other peoples hearts when they do not want to tell you know, and do not humiliate them over a mistake in front a customer or another employee

I have been working at American Appliance

    Pros

Monthly pay if you did no sales, co-workers, managers, and owner walk you through how to sell, managers help you sell, all you do is show the product, alot of travel not in your car but a company van with at least 2 team members, canvasser and a manager, great possibility of promotion with hard work, alot of incentive to work more days with extra pay if you go 5 days and a bit more on 6 days only if you can sell 1 product a week.

    Cons

Door to door knocking, long hours minimum of 9 hours daily, packing and unpacking equipment at your appointments house, you can knock on 10 houses and get maybe 1 or 2apt. If you go to school I suggest that you ONLY do this on off days

    Advice to Management

Instead of paying every month pay every week based off amount of appointments he\she has. For example for the minimum pay out of 2000$ a month for an employee is 70 apt with no sales. If you work a minimum of 5 days a week you can have minimum 3apt a day which is 5 x 3=15apt a week times 4 cause there are 4 weeks in a month which is about 60apt a month give or take. so basically if an employee can average 4apt a day then you can pay him or her 500$ a week or 17- 18apt a week Monday thro Saturday that way you do pay date Saturday and send it out Sunday or just do it every 2 weeks just not every month that's not really motivating to wait a month if we didn't sell but got 70apt. Which has not happens yet but I'm just saying
