      Many different tasks can be asked of you. During turn people were painting walls, plunging toilets, and scrubbing mold out of refrigerators.

      Pros

      Lot's of free food all the time! I live where I work and I get to surround myself by college students like myself.

      Cons

      As a marketing assistant you get paid a few cents more than RA's but you don't get housing discounts like them. That's because you're part of management regardless of if you're part time or full time.

      Plenty of online training. Opportunity for growth. Nationwide locations.

      Cons

      Student staff are not held accountable for their actions. Managed properties don’t receive the same love and investment as owned properties.
