      Pros

ACC has a culture of respecting students and Associates (employees) in a way that is unsurpassed in the proprietary education industry. This care for others has improved our student success and the natural outcome has become our retention, licensing and placement rates consistently exceed our accreditation standards.

      Cons

Due to our belief and buy-in to a deliberately developmental organization and continuous improvement, we continue to relentlessly search for additional mvp team members every opportunity that we have to fill faculty and administrative roles, which is exciting as we build our bench to support our increasing student population and program options for day, evening, and weekend programs. This is not a con, but we can never be "too good" or "too prepared" for our students who deserve the best support possible in their quest to improve their lives through careers and positive community impact.

      Property Manager

As a leasing agent for two years, I then worked my way to assistant manager for t 11 months. Then, to a property manager position, nine months into my new role as manager, I was terminated, with no warning, completely unexpected. How do I explain this undeserving action and embarrassment in an upcoming interview without any risk in the decision-making of my employment with the company I am interested in? I hope I am relaying this in a way that is understood.
