This is a non-profit that exists to help people finish their high school equivalency. You will work with and impact the lives of many people who never finished high school. Seeing their joy once they are complete is feeling like no other. You will be making a difference in someone’s life.

There environment amongst administration is not very collegial. Administration does not take the time to build relationships with you or foster an environment for collaboration amongst colleagues.

Some upper managment could use a spa day or something. They're very stressed and take it out on those under them. But they're easy to avoid when you're not working on campus (working at a clinical site)
