I worked at American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The owners and staff are very nice. They are very understanding of your particular personal situations that may require some flexibility in schedule.

    Cons

They have a limited budget which can be understood to a degree since they are not a big company. Did not like the fact that everyone is in charge of the phones. No receptionist. It is very distracting while you are trying to focus and accomplish your goals.

    Advice to Management

Hire a receptionist for the clinic and college.
