    Pros

I love working for this company. My VP is fair and responsive. Raj is a very generous man and he makes me feel appreciated and valued. I work hard and am rewarded for my efforts. I feel very blessed to be part of the Syracuse office who is supported by top performers.

    Cons

I would ask management for greater social media presence.

    Pros

There are good people who work there. You just have to find them.

    Cons

Little room for growth, company doesn't value the work employees do, constant threat of being fired, high turnover rate leads to fractured knowledge base

    Advice to Management

The only constant is you. Take a look in the mirror before placing blame on others. Actually believe in your employees, don't just give lip service

    Pros

Don't believe all the positive reviews. Staffing is a two way relationship business. If you buy an existing book of business, OF COURSE those managers will do well as they already have good billable clients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! New hires you bring in needs an effective LEADER and an effective & stable process, in order for the sales and delivery engine to work. It should not take more than 4-6 months for new hires to get traction. However the CEO and leaders he hires does not get this. They only focus on WHO is bringing in revenue (OF COURSE the ones that already have business when ACS acquired that territory). They do NOT understand staffing, and keep hiring ineffective and castaway leaders who are OPERATIONAL managers at best. Staffing is a proactive business, not reactionary.

    Cons

You have been warned. Do your due diligence, and reach out to the ones that have left. This is a SWEAT shop at best. They have operational leaders at top, not true staffing sales leaders. If you like VMS this is the place for you,

    Advice to Management

After I write this, you will have my resignation. I am a loyal person, but you have done NOTHING to deserve good people.

    Pros

No positives here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do your homework & talk with leaders and the doers that have already left ACS Group, both in the US and in INDIA.

The CEO and the management team he hired does not 'get' staffing. They acquired some successful staffing markets in 2011 and 2012. Those are the only sales people doing well. NEW sales people they hired do not have an effective staffing SALES LEADER, so over 25 BDMs have left in 2016 and more this year in 2017.

WIth all candor, do your homework!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look on LinkedIN and talk to the people who have left ACS (American Cybersystems) in 2016 and 2017. Staffing is not a reactionary business, but needs true Staffing Leadership.

Firing hard working people is NOT THE ANSWER!

    Cons

Management does not understanding traditional STAFFING. They want to only drive VMS staffing business. However even the INDIAN team in Noida are not happy. The truth lies with the people.

    Advice to Management

CEO and management - like I said, the truth lies with the people. Money can't buy happiness, much less to scale a company.

    Pros

They bought good companies with solid, hardworking employees. There are some really smart people on the solution teams. They have some excellent clients.

    Cons

CEO, Raj Sardana, is a fraud. He knows nothing about the industry. He is constantly replacing talented people with his Indian 'friends' and family. Under his direction the company lacks ethics.
