    Pros

Great opportunity to learn if you are willing to work hard and roll up your sleeves. You are rewarded for your creativity and encouraged to come up with solutions. The people are fantastic and friendly to work with. This is a fast paced company so you have to be ready for challenges on a daily basis and be flexible. A lot of changes have been made in the past 2 years to improve and enhance the culture.

    Cons

The company has rapidly grown through acquisitions over the past 3 years so the systems and processes are not quite mature yet, but if you work here you will get a chance to improve those processes.

    Advice to Management

    Keep improving/ enhancing culture

I worked at American Cybersystems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Steady pay and the opportunity to work with many different clients. I learned a lot of new and customized applications by working with them.

    Cons

Disorganized at the recruiting level and a little dishonest. They wanted me to lie about something they did wrong to a client.

    Advice to Management

Work on the recruitment process and make sure your department is honest in its business dealings. It makes the company look very bad.

    Pros

With a lot to be fixed there is the ability to wear many hats! There is a lot of upside potential, since there is so much that needs to be done.

    Cons

You often have to wear all of the hats and then no one ever takes them back. With so much improvement needed, the company has problems prioritizing its initiatives.

    Advice to Management

Improve your culture by showing new and existing employees that you truly want real change. The field has heard that real improvement is coming. It never does. Culture starts at the top. The very top. Start there.

    Pros

    None! None! None! None! None!

    Cons

What happens when you are contacted by a pleasant and friendly recruiter who talks you into applying for a job 1000 miles away and you agree to it? You resign from your job and start this new assignment only to be told 2 weeks later that you are not needed anymore!! Long story short-most unethical and shady people in the business. Most Indian IT companies are easily identifiable when their recruiters call, but in this case management is so shrewd that they let all their dirty work done by US staff so you never suspect anything fishy! Avoid Avoid and Avoid!!!

    Advice to Management

Please put the shutters down and perhaps open a casino or something! It will be good for community.
