    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at American Eagle Outfitters part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -Discount on clothing
    -Up-beat atmosphere\
    -Flexible hours

    Cons

    -Unfair compensation for workload
    -Management turner-over is high
-Felt like a number, not a person

    Advice to Management

The advice I would give is to corporate level executives.
Your people are underpaid and not appreciated. The human element
is completely forgotten. Other retailers I've worked for have a focus
on the bottom line, but they also balance it with recognizing that their
employees are humans, not robots. People who are paid fairly and recognized
for their hard work will be more productive than people treated like a number.
