I have been working at American Eagle Outfitters full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Pay, benefits and employe discounts were all good for management.

    Cons

Constant cuts and restructuring. Minimum wage for associates makes it very difficult to hire and retain top talent, expectations from minimum wage associates are insane. A lot of discussion about elevating your business and no support in doing so.
