    Pros

    Internal moves, promotions are encouraged. Lot of trainings, employee communities, plan to help you succeed in your job and grow in your career, lot of benefits for employees, health scheme, cycle to work, high/ reasonable level of salary,

    Cons

    Big international companies mean long processes, it takes time to change the way things are done, lot of competition to step up due to high level of engaged and tenured employee.

    travailler dans une multinationale permet d'avoir des opportunités d'évolution assez intéressantes, dans un environnement purement axé marketing pour les profils marketing american express offre l'environnement convenable pour une évolution

    Cons

    plusieurs process bloquant la mise en oeuvre de nouvelles technologies et empêche la mise à jour technologique. plusieurs plan sociale en cours, environnement sociale incertain.

    allégement des process, invesstissement dans un système d'information centralisé et identification des KPIs, intégration d'une DSI local en France

    Pros

    La société offre des avantages certains à ses collaborateurs: responsabilisation du travail et donc flexibilité, à chacun la possibilité d'organiser son travail sans se sentir obliger de "faire des heures" et rester tard pour faire bonne figure. La solidité financière de l'entreprise permet des salaires relativement attractifs. Travail en open space mais les salariés ne sont pas les uns sur les autres, l'espace privée est relativement respecté. les salariés sont respectueux les uns des autres.

    Cons

    Il est assez difficile de s'intégrer au système de déjeuner "one to one" qu'ont instauré les collaborateurs et qui rend relativement difficile l'intégration des nouveaux.

    Il est serait intéressant de susciter des déjeuner d'équipe ou de groupes en open space pour décloisonner.
