    Pros

Amex has a great work/life balance and team culture. Most people in Amex are of a really good standard and will work collaboratively together.

    Cons

There has been more Globalisation in recent years which has meant less decision making at mid level management making the job hard to deliver.

    Advice to Management

Amex needs to get back to focusing on evolving it's business strategy in the evolving digital world.
