Pay is more than many others companies for the same position. Fully remote positions. Benefits are great. Excellent for allowing people with less experience so it's a great company to get your foot in the door with insurance.

Trouble advancing within the company especially into a management role. Ineffective leadership. Different leaders do not calibrate so that everyone does the same thing and has the same rules. Favoritism. Culture of "inclusivity as long as you're quiet."
