    flexible hours, supervisors who are kind and encouraging, can get involved in some really interesting projects

    basically an independent consultant--you must network in order to find projects to charge hours to on your timesheet.

    I feel that the colleagues are very supportive of your growth. Also, everyone seems excited to work on their specific projects. The work seems meaningful. The hiring team was very helpful. Very flexible.

    AIR does meaningful work, and I'm proud to work for a company that improves lives. Initial pay is competitive.

    Cons

    Management is slow to advance employees, even after proving that they can do the work of a higher-level employee. Expect to be bracketed into your current pay/title for at least 2 years.
