Corporate Management Team with Training Department that continues to add training modules to keep your skills sharp. Great place to grow if you are new in the industry. The upper management team loves to take new people under their wing and train them "the Landmark Way".

Must meet KPI's on a daily basis, so there is a ton of pressure to perform.

Benefits, bonuses and pay are good. AL will set you up for success in future advancement due to the fast pace environment and heavy workload.

There is a lack of leadership in DFW. Important/legal policies are not enforced or followed by HR or onsite management. You can put years into this company and it won’t mean anything. You’re just a number

I love how American Landmark shows appreciation and acknowledgement to their employees. I have never seen a company work so hard to come up with new ways to show how much they value all associates. This company is fast paced and always challenging you! They are a great company to work for when you want to continue to learn and grow in this field.

I feel that this company cares for its employees. Great benefits, awesome working atmosphere, I have a amazing manager Jessica Mcmillan. She is caring and is always available to help when needed, she is highly motivated and is a pleasure to be around.

Really do not have any cons, the property is under renovations but this is exciting to see all the renovations.

Every company has cons and are not perfect and AL is no exception. AL is not built for the weak or for complainers. If you are set in your ways- this isn’t the company as they are constantly innovative and with that come change.
