Benefits, bonuses and pay are good. AL will set you up for success in future advancement due to the fast pace environment and heavy workload.
Cons
There is a lack of leadership in DFW. Important/legal policies are not enforced or followed by HR or onsite management. You can put years into this company and it won’t mean anything. You’re just a number

Pros
I love how American Landmark shows appreciation and acknowledgement to their employees. I have never seen a company work so hard to come up with new ways to show how much they value all associates. This company is fast paced and always challenging you! They are a great company to work for when you want to continue to learn and grow in this field.

I feel that this company cares for its employees. Great benefits, awesome working atmosphere, I have a amazing manager Jessica Mcmillan. She is caring and is always available to help when needed, she is highly motivated and is a pleasure to be around.

Really do not have any cons, the property is under renovations but this is exciting to see all the renovations.
