great staff, every day is different, an amazing institution

There is no formal training or succession planning. Upper management had little experience managing people and didn't care to learn. Over thirty years the president surrounded herself with secretive game players as department leaders some of whom had little regard for staff engagement which the president felt was acceptable.

Free tickets for the museum and any exhibit. Nice and relaxing work day usually. Many other perks to the job and scheduling is very accommodating.
Cons
A lot of technical issues occur, and customers get very heated due to this.

Tons of work, not enough pay, benefits recently took a slight down-tick, administration in Exhibition is condescending and rude. Very little room for professional growth.
