Pros

Pay is not bad, but not great. The trips are nice and classy, the big ones at least. From time to time you might find someone who will help you out.

Cons

You will be baptized by fire. The managment will sell you out and not be there when you need help. They do not care about you they just want you to keep making them money because everyone gets a cut of what you sell. The pressure is ridiculous when the management won't even go help you, they say 'they have paid their dues' and then leave you out there to do it all on your own. No chance to be able to move up and running around having to collect premiums, 20,000miles in 8 months, $5,000 in gas in 8 months. You get the picture. Did I say that the pay was good?

Pros

The company has great people working for them. The have a very supportive work environment and many different agents want to help out the newer hires to try to help them succeed. The company has many great products for clients to choose from.

very stressful position and the pay is not enough for a person to live on. the company needs to be very specific up front on the pay structure in the beginning. It has a very confusing pay schedule that they should go over more because the new person does not understand it.

Unethical company and business practices. Company refuses to be part of the 21st century. Everything is very old and out dated and makes doing your job impossible. Several payroll problems and some pay periods employees were shorted more than half of their check. The payroll problems were never resolved and employees simply did not get paid for time worked. TERRIBLE benefits and raises are only 1%. Start pay is decent.
