I have been working at American Private Duty Nursing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You get to learn a lot by working with new people everyday and getting to work one on one with others you learn how to care for many different people.

    Cons

The downsides at times are that sometimes when trying your hardest with patients, sometimes their illness takes over and there is nothing as a person in a medical field can do.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to please take into consideration of reviewing my resume and giving me a chance to show my hard work.
