    Pros

The compensation is competitive but the friendly, family like feel of the office is the biggest benefit. The employees are taken care of and treated fairly.

    Cons

Some of the senior management doesn't have a grasp on the magnitude of certain tasks or the frivolousness of other tasks. There is a cycle of reorganization that detaches departments across the state which leads to slow sharing of information.

Serf like structure with little to no chance of advancement

    Pros

Good benefits and hard working team members

    Cons

Tremendous expectations from management to deliver great customer service while staying within their ridged, not "customer friendly", guidelines. Slightly politically charged environment with zero to little possibility of advancement outside your initial department. Top heavy organization in which cutbacks are made by shifting more responsibilities elsewhere instead of looking at dissolving one of their many VP positions.
