I have been working at American Tower full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very good flex-time, insightful training modules, supportive management, lots of perks (gym, commuter pass, etc.)

    Cons

Comparatively low pay, inflexible, conservative social attitudes

    Advice to Management

There is not a lot of room for growth. There are a lot of opportunities to work on different teams for the same amount of money, but there are not many opportunities to grow, unless you have an advanced degree or would like to work in middle management. Despite record profits, our compensation has been stagnant.
