Pros
the overall environment is really chill, people are friendly and nice (there are some gossiping though, it's inevitable in a setting as such). Flexible working hours, won't be 100% strict on you as long as you get your things done (although it really depends on whoever you'r working for)
Cons
If you want to obtain something more than just routine intern duties then it's probably not a company to look into. The management or your higher-ups really care about their own work of scope than grooming people working under them. Management definitely needs improvement.
