I worked at American Water full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great dedicated professionals that care about water

    Cons

The CTIO is building a personality cult. Wants to make American Water and app store instead of delivering water.

    Advice to Management

Investigate CTIO practices. He has let go of a number of US citizens and brought in countless H1B workers so he can control them. He has built a cult of personality. Anyone who doesn't toe the line is let go. He's destroying the companie's culture

    Pros

They’re moving to a new building soon.

    Cons

The CTIO is a crazed lunatic with an over-inflated ego.

Don’t do it to yourself, college grads. Don’t make this your first gig. You deserve so much better than this netherworld. It’s not Google, Amazon, Netflix or whatever laughable comparison he uses. It’s more Blockbuster, Kodak, or Encyclopedia Britannica ( before your time, but feel free to research).

The team leads are unqualified in “technology”— excuse me while I clear my throat - but overqualified in submissiveness, bootlicking, and brown nosing. They will take you down a path of darkness and perplexity. You’ll be longing for your college days as a barista. Venti latte with 2 pumps of get me out of this nightmare!

    Advice to Management

    None.
