    Pros

Good people, good culture. Nice balance of professional and personal lives.

    Cons

New owners are looking to change the culture from a close-knit and successful environment, to one that may look good on paper, but creates animosity and distrust of new senior leaders. Time will tell.

    Advice to Management

Listen to and trust those that got you here.

    Pros

The senior management has great experience which they are eager to share. It's a relatively stress free place to work.

    Cons

Not much in Cromwell, CT. Treats employees differently based on perceived value.

    Advice to Management

All employees are valuable. Treat them all the same (bonuses, profit sharing, etc)
