    Variety of tasks. Never get bored.

    Don't pay enough compared to high level of confidentiality required and what skills are required to support the Adviser.

    Small offices create a "family" atmosphere - everyone matters Real client relationships - much more personal interaction than other kinds of office work

    100% advisor driven and every office is different. Your experience is what they make it.

    No benefits! Not a lot of paid time off, really depends on who you work for

    5% employer 401K match, paid sick days roll over. Public transportation discounts. My team allows working from home. Job security. Cafeteria in the building.

    Cons

    PTO days do not roll over. Some teams frown upon working from home. Heavy meeting culture and heavy at the top of the corporate ladder.

    Work and life balance; great opportunity to advance if you are willing to work hard. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help answer questions

    Cons

    Meeting driven culture and hierarchical in some areas. Lots of Resources are from India and have a strong accent making it difficult to understand them if you are not used to it
