Working culture is good but it was too getting diluted when I left the organization.
Cons
Focus is entirely on quantity (churning of plans) not on quality & skill development of an employee. Biggest roadblock is key skills like Financial Research, tools know-how are missing. What company does, no other company does that in the same manner which hinders one's chances to switch job easily.
