Good Company For Low Level Finance

    Pros

Great client focused corporate culture with plenty of information/product training. Broad selection of products for virtually every client situation.

    Cons

    Pros

Extreme flexibility in how you grow your practice. A wide product offering makes it easy to attract prospects from all areas. Technology platform is excellent.

    Cons

Although education is a major focus of the company, it focuses more on product education. That is fine as you must know what the consumer is purchasing. However, there is not a huge push for strategy education. Management is not concerned about the quality of advice so long as it follows FINRA and SEC regulations.

Current Employee, more than 5 years

    Pros

Not a lot of great things to mention. Some people there are great, but the atmosphere went sour when hundreds of jobs went to India.

    Cons

Leadership is non-existent. Management is constantly changing what they wanted and passed blame for their performance down the chain daily.
