  • Too far of a commute if you lived close to Denver, the point system was horrible, I wish I had a better shift, but it seemed like it went by seniority (in 7 reviews)

    -Best Team Dining Room ($2.50/meal, nice area)
    -Fair wages (compare wages across several other casinos in area)
    -Advancement Opportunities (if you don't mind changing departments)

    Cons

    -Management slow to respond
    -Everything has to go through HR, so it takes longer to get things done

    Advice to Management

    Quicker response time, more appreciation events to show you care about front line employees, loosen rules a little and it'll make things smoother

    The paycheck is really good.

    It can be boring standing all day. Theres a lot of rules and they are strict but the benefits outweigh the bad

    Getting berated by stupid guest who don't understand how gambling works. But that isn't the company's fault.

    IT departement is horrible, they dont work nights and they are slow to fix anything when asked

    easy going management, very friendly and understanding. They want you to succeed there and value your input

    Cons

    The equipment isn't always up to date and needs improvements and the cliental is not the greatest.

    Advice to Management

    Update equipment and maybe take a deeper look into the new hires, who have never been in the casino industry before.
