    Pros

They will be in regular contact till you get a job.

    Cons

No Benefits, No Health insurance, once you lost a job they do not even care about finding you another job.

They will lie you about doing green card, once the time has come to file and unfortunately you lost a job, they will not care find a job because they have to spend money for GC process.

The management do not even care about the employees. All they do is take money from your paycheck and do parties.

    I will I can give a 0 star.

    Advice to Management

    Stop playing with students dreams

I worked at Amerit Consulting full-time

    Pros

Start-up culture, friendly staff, cool office space

    Cons

Low pay, lack of work/life balance, constant turnover/poor retention, uneducated and ill-informed managers, low morale, issues with new software implementation, benefits are poor (for internal staff and contractors).

    Advice to Management

Invest in your workers and they'll invest in you! Burnout is very common here because they aren't replacing people after they quit/leave. This piles on more work to existing staff.
