Pros
Great benefits and the campus in Thousand Oaks is amazing!
Cons
Management leaves something to be desired. You are basically half trained and left on your own to figure it all out. They've been reorganizing the company and their systems for over 2 years now but still can't seem to get it right. If you love constant change and no training/management, then you'll love this company.
