    Coworkers are friendly and there are a lot of activities outside of work to get to know people. Managers really care about employees.

    Cons

    Management is sometimes too involved and controlling.

    Be more empowering to employees instead of controlling.

    Unless you are related to the owner, they will cheat you out of everything they promise you
