I worked at Amirit Technologies part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Easy money, easy work
Depending on how logistics worked out, free car and gas.
Though they would try and make you work as often as possible, a firm No was enough.

    Cons

Offices are in India, work is done on in USA.
    Office doesn't respect your time.
Office doesn't seem to respect clients either.
Once went six weeks without pay. I WARN YOU NOW.

    Advice to Management

There's a reason you keep losing contracts. Just gut the company for what its worth and sell it to someone who knows what they're doing. And not paying employees is a crime.

I worked at Amirit Technologies part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

No good reason to work here. They treat people like they are in India. No regards at all.

    Cons

The management, payroll, cordinators...if you like yourself and you have authorization to work in US, please don't work here, you will definitely hate it. If your test didn't pass, you won't get paid! Which company does that!?

    Advice to Management

Treat people with respect and change your mode of conduct.

    Pros

There is no pro with those kind of people. You are just wasting your time.

    Cons

They overload the employee while on salaries(end up losing contracts) - over work employees with teams in US in day time and India at night time - no respect to employees - steal drivers money by not issuing their checks after 2 to 4 weeks of work; they end up leaving the company and never get their check forwarded to their address - when renting the vehicle they will use the renter insurance to cover the vehicle(request an insurance copy) otherwise you will responsible to anything on that vehicle - They all act like they are not aware of the problems on the field but act like it is new stuff whereas others technicians raised the same issues - when discussing an issue with one, the other will come to pretend to solve it; but it is part of the scheme - the employee is paying for his own health benefit -

    Advice to Management

    they are all crook -

    Pros

They got me a contract with customer...that's about it

    Cons

Where do I start? Communication is horrible, they missed opportunities to grow the business at customer site, Lack of accountability from everyone I dealt with, on and on- I just don't know how they stay in business under this name at all.

    Advice to Management

Completely restructure the business model at all levels and make accountability tie into raises/bonus'.

I worked at Amirit Technologies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Always training, and very nice co-workers, good environmen to work
If you have a littel patience for $$ you will grow. there is a feature but you must consider the company size.
The Managment is better a lot then befor
They keep there employees for long term

    Cons

The pay within the Market level or may be littel low depends on your skills, and your effort. but if you are the guy who gets the job done you will be within the Market level or higher

    Advice to Management

I would say to the Managers to explain to the guys the projects satiation for so they can understand.

    Pros

Nice office environment and great co-workers. Amirit provides a great platform for the entry level guys to learn and to professionally groom themselves.

    Cons

Upper management can do better in terms of understanding the employee rights and needs. The low pay rate is a big drawback.
