I have been working at Amneal Pharmaceuticals full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Mon-Fri base schedule with occasional overtime. Temperature controlled environment.
Pay starts at $13.50 (Day Shift)

    Cons

This company has serious leadership issues within the Glasgow, KY facilities. You have untrained, unorganized, and unprofessional people in leadership positions that are bringing the company’s value down. Some of them being in the same position for 5+ years doing the same negative unprofessional things daily without any disciplinary action taking place due to their time outside relationships with either VP.

    Advice to Management

Please re-evaluate all current leadership members by conducting a true evaluation of their performances and/or warehouse/office behavior.
Get the right individuals in positions that will uplift and be successful in all of their required daily activities while promoting a positive working environment!

    Pros

day shift only, hours 8-5, hour for lunch...they say they hire within for office positions.

    Cons

They most certainly DO NOT hire within!! They have no clue on how to organize or complete a task without causing chaos and last minute scheduling. They cannot forecast anything! They do not treat EVERYONE the same!! Some are babied!! some do not need their positions!
It seems that if you get injured you are just thrown out and what you have done for the company does not matter. (they have terminated a couple of people for work related injuries).

    Advice to Management

Get your tasks under control, learn how to forecast and apply that to your scheduling!

I worked at Amneal Pharmaceuticals full-time

    Pros

You don't need to be competent or experienced to work here

    Cons

No work life balance. No flex time. No compensation time. No overtime pay. Bare minimum safety regulations followed (and not always). Exempt and non-exempt employees must clock in and out. You are forced to make up snow days on the weekend or be docked a days pay (salaried and hourly employees). The company is 95% Indian. Management is 100% Indian. English is not spoken in the workplace. Many are terminated in the 3 month probationary period. Human error is not tolerated which leads to finger pointing and back stabbing.
