    Pros

Very friendly people and a close knit group of employees. They are a young company with a tremendous potential for growth.

    Cons

Although they are very successful they are still a small company and it is unclear as to how company growth will be reflected in employee salary.

    Advice to Management

You do a great job of keeping employees satisfied but need to increase the level of talent employed in management positions.

  2. "Awful, horrid experience."

    Negative Outlook

I worked at AmniSure full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Laid back atmosphere, some really awesome co-workers, great hours (very 9 to 5/6).

    Cons

Horrible pay. Managers that walk the floor at 9:02am wondering why people are late. Employees are not treated with respect, nor do they feel valued. Business "development" associates are increasingly viewed as telemarketers that need to make x number of calls per day. Commission structure nearly impossible to achieve.

    I worked at AmniSure full-time

    Pros

Motivated people and team. Start up feel and challenging but rewarding. Smart leaders and amazing colleagues to work with.

    Cons

Company got bought out and no longer feels like a small start up.

    Advice to Management

Be respectful of timelines and deadlines when assigning tasks.

  4. "Too heavily focused on meeting goals without understanding product life cycle"

    Pros

The people here were great, we had a lot of fun doing activities outside of work. There are also opportunities to take on side projects. The hours were not bad.

    Cons

The job was basically a sales job, with not much potential to grow or meet goals. The pay was also not great.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at AmniSure full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible time and no delays in salary.

    Cons

Salary indexation is rare and has to be asked several times.
