I have been working at Amphenol full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Autonomy, loose job boundaries, freedom to be a geek and an entrepreneur.

    Cons

Not for everyone. Better be able to think for yourself and pull yourself up by your bootstraps. Help is always there. But help won't track you down. But this is not really a con to me because I love it !!

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. I trust you.

I worked at Amphenol full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some of the people are amazing. Benefits are Okay. Most of the managers are easy going about flexible work times.

    Cons

Management does not take care of the long term problem employees. They would rather see an employee with potential leave than take action against one that is a few months away from retirement. When HR was presented with a hostile work environment complaint they turned their head. When the events took place in front of two of the HR representatives neither of them correct the issue.

Also for finance it was required to be available on all holidays and some weekends.

    Advice to Management

HR needs better training to help protect employees from the awful actions of others.
