This is one best companies I have ever worked for! And I'm not just saying that. Here at Amplus I was offered a job with no experience in this field. But I am also a very quick study! I love the fact that there is an open door policy. You can walk up and ask your supervisor anything. They are always willing to help. I have worked for generous companies, but never have I been at a company where they were so dedicated to showing their employees how much they appreciate them. At the end of October, we had an entire week dedicated to activities to show us that we are important to them and to Amplus Group. I love the fact that we received a bonus for productivity. I have only been here for a month and a half and I just got an email saying I am getting a bonus for the month of October. I'm thrilled. If you are a hard worker it is rewarded. I have seen email after email congratulating people who have been promoted for their hard work. If you are a hard worker and want to work in an environment where you won't just be treated like an employee but like family, you should apply at Amplus Group.

I wish there were personal days.

-Daily Productivity requirments -Weekly meetings -Monthly IQC reviews -Don’t dare pull out your phone or even check it without management immediately seeing and telling you to put it away -Email threats to the whole company if one employee is not following the rules -No eating at your desk or you will get told something about chewing too loudly -Micromanaged to the point where you will get told to stop taking even if the talk is about work -Management definitely plays favorites.

There are very few good things I could say about working at Amplus. One of which is the starting pay. You might get lucky with who is your lead/supervisor but if you aren’t lucky, please beware.

Cons

The environment is extremely toxic, at least it was upstairs. There is a very high turnover at the company which is very much an insight to how poorly this company is managed. The managers all know one another personally, so they don’t have your back… they have each other’s. It will always be this way and the way they treat their employees will never change no matter how bad it gets. In one experience the manager screamed at people from across the room making multiple people cry.

Pros

Amplus offers ample training in order to get new hires up to speed. Also offered at Amplus for new hires are certifications such as the CRCR certification thru HFMA that covers all things revenue cycle. Start off with a good hourly wage with lots of opportunity for a raise. Good 401 k program with high company match

Cons

The parking lot can get very full and there is loud construction occasionally on Crenshaw St.

Management always has your back and is always willing to listen if there is an issue. Also you are rewarded for your productivity.

Sometimes not enough training for projects. Also very high expatiations for quantity of accounts, not quality.

I love working at Amplus!I am learning a lot and feel more confident on my profession. There is a lot of professionalism and we have a clear understanding of what is expected of us. I can see myself working here for a long time.

The downside would be the distance from home but it's well worth it.
