    Pros

It was a relaxed atmosphere and the pressure was moderate. People were nice and cooperated with you to help you get your work done.

    Cons

The company direction was very short term. It went from quarter to quarter. There was little sense of strong leader ship. Lots a happy talk without results.

    Advice to Management

Develop a business strategy, keep applying and adjusting as you get feedback, and never quit on driving to attain your desired results.
