I have been working at Amsino International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This company has great potential if the actually knew what they were doing. Convenient location. Great industry

    Cons

There are way too many different management heads not communicating and operating different aspects of each sale and customer service that can be condensed to occupy and make more use of an employees time and financially benefit the company. They need more marketing/brand exposure from professionals, not school graduates. Pay is somewhat ok no bonuses offered. Not a team environment, no training or technical team to assist with technical calls on product/use. Not organized well with call flow and status of current employees.

    Advice to Management

get a better team of employees that are not stagnant and willing to change with technology and get everyone better training to handle hospital and end user calls. Increase sales by opening up to sell to smaller companies and see your business excel!! Stop following the crowd of similar type companies, you are self branded take advantage of it!

    Pros

There really are some great people that work here and there is potential for people other than the upper management to profit from it.

    Cons

Major supply issues, if you do get supplies in there is a good chance ther not up to par. There is no chance for growth, financial or with a career.

    Advice to Management

They need to communicate more with employees on issues going on with the company. And remember these people don't work here because they want to, they are here because they need a job. People feel as though they are being taken advantage of because you think they can't do any better but the truth is they are waiting on a company with so much potential to start treating them better. It doesn't always have to be about a raise ( even though they deserve it) but about showing some hard working people a little respect.
