    Cons

Training for new employees could be better.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps an advice to management where employees can voice their opinions and insights anonymously.

    Pros

This place has been a blessing for me because I have learned about mobile security and app management which has allowed me to build a new career. I am now doing independent consulting work.

The management has been very cooperative & I still interact with them. I have direct access to CEO & other executives who have a very technical forwarding looking perspective on building the company. I enjoyed my stay there.

    Cons

Not too many. I could get more money at google or facebook but the trade off is if I would get access to such a breadth of mobile technology.

    Advice to Management

Keep that good relaxed environment at the company as you scale it up
