    Pros

Great products, local production. Employees in three different locations. Interesting commercial customers.

    Cons

Headquarter is in the UK. Ever so often a manager swoops in to bring the latest strategies for the U.S. to implement. May not be the best modus to maximize profits here.

    Advice to Management

More autonomy for the U.S. Change sales model from large direct sales force to regional distributors.

Too much focus on Profit and too little on service - brand strength has resulted in massive arrogance. very high staff turnover.

    Advice to Management

I experienced senior manager acting dishonestly in their dealing with employees
