    Pros

I can't think of any pros.

    Cons

Only few people speak actually English and they provide almost no training. Just expect you to learn everything by yourself. It is a very rigid environment where no one speaks or laughs. The worst communication ever, actually there was no communication unless it is to be told how terrible you are doing your job. All Chinese there and do not respect women at all. I am so glad not to be working there anymore.

    Advice to Management

There were promises made but never actually turned into reality.
