    Approves of CEO

I worked at Amway China full-time

    Pros

Satisfying salary and bonus. Amway treat us employees not worse than the distributors.

    Cons

The unique culture to work and serve the distributors.
You should take time to be familiar with the unique culture.
For the future development, it would be helpful only if you stay at direct sales industry.
