    A very very good place to work. You can find great work life balance here. One of the best companies to work for in India and globally. Lots of freedom and one gets very well recognized and rewarded for one's efforts.

    No Cons, you may get to comfortable with the work life balance that it will become an hindrance moving out into more fast paced companies.

    Not enough real projects, it's just deployment or localisation of material and processes.

    We have to be more aggressive in market and have to thought of products for India market in affordable price range.
