Anadarko has some amazing benefits. You are offered a significant amount of PTO based on your age, and a lot of on site perks. And of course the 9/80 schedule is amazing.
Cons
They changed the bonus structure which significantly decreased. Very political. It's all about who you know. A lot of good people where laid off. I know a girl who received Needs improvement on her review and is still there while some one who received exceeds expectations was let go. The amount of management positions is absolutely ridiculous, and majority of time they are not even competent to have the position. And whatever you do, do not go to HR. They are not on your side!

Company has friendly work environment, and management has open-door policy. Pay and benefits are very competitive.

People like working here so much it can be difficult to move up in the organization since there is very low job turnover.

Core values are what drives this place, big emphasis is made on them. Excellent PTO, 401-k, salary, bonus, etc.

I wish that they would let you work from home, a lot of the work that we do can be done remotely. Maybe in the future they will allow us to do so.

9/80 schedule, your own office, onsite gym, Huge holiday party, vanpool from all over Houston, competitive pay
Cons
Used to be a good ole boy kinda place, mostly gone, some remnants remain. Job board is not always open process. Some individuals able to game system and do very little while moving around and getting promoted.
