Great employee benefits. Had core values that they lived. Enjoyable place to work. Valued time away from work as a way to reenergize.

This company is being driven by the younger generation and the recent downsize in March was a way to purge a lot of senior employees.

Incredible benefits package and a great company. Anadarko has some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry and a great focus on work life balance.

I really have nothing negative to say about the place. I have done work with Anadarko for several years prior to taking a position here and I truly enjoy the work and the people. I think the only potential con is the small size of the company leads to lots of direct interaction with senior management. I personally like this as you know what is going on but others would prefer to be more anonymous.

Terrible ever changing management that has limited sense of direction. Reorgs are a constant variable to work around.

Too much management roles in corporate locations, not enough strong connections in management to the field locations. Some favoritism where senior titles are given to inexperienced staff

The benefits are great, and the only thing that is keeping many people from walking out the door. Also perks like gym, cafeteria, coffee bar, office on the waterway, etc.

The company went from great to terrible in the past two years. Middle management is working under fear, and taking it out on their direct reports. Unfortunately, this creates a toxic environment for many.
