Extremely overworked and salary is not high if you double the amount of time and stress you get from work. Innovation is not rewarded and only boring tasks are given. More senior analysts only want to finish task on time without ensure quality, and leave the majority boring work to junior. No career development, as often not involved to meeting with clients. People rely on Excel with no sense of automation.
