Pros
Seems like they’ve grown a lot since I started working here. Pay and work life balance is pretty solid. Good culture, and management is always available to talk. They address issues if they are raised.
Cons
Took some time to hire needed staff a few months back, but also can understand why.

Pros
+Mostly fun-loving people +Lots of folks who genuinely care about the work +Office dogs!! +Offices in other cities/continents that you can interact with and visit +Participation is encouraged +Some cool clients that are fun to work on/will look good on your resume +Friendly upper management
Cons
-The company is growing but, at it’s current stage, it can feel like you’ve crashed someone’s party. Cliques make it difficult to progress advance. -Scary unprofessional at times. Extremely inappropriate comments have been thrown around at Happy Hours etc. and no one seems to care/be concerned. No HR department to confidentially raise it to either. -Adversarial relationships between teams. First company where I’ve felt and heard others say that a certain team is “always fighting” another team. -Doesn’t seem to be growing fast enough to create meaningful avenues for advancement. -Creative echo chamber. Homogeneous creative team that champions the same kind of ideas again and again. -Recent rescinding of unlimited PTO and other perks

Pros
Great people and company culture, office dogs keep up the positive energy. I believe everyone is well-intentioned and hardworking. Exciting startup environment with lots of new business pitches (and some wins). Everyone is pretty close with one another, which makes the culture better, but sometimes hinders productivity. Solid work/life balance for the most part, hopefully it stays that way.
Cons
Often extremely disorganized, lack of transparency (i.e. not telling employees when we've lost a client, not properly briefing people), pretty inexperienced company trying to grow faster than it can keep up with. Boys club vibes.

Pros
Great company culture, very forward thinking, there's room for internal growth, and there's a great set people. I look forward to coming into work every day.
Cons
Not many thus far. The work is consuming but exciting.
