I worked at AnchorFree full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Companies culture is quick and dynamic. If you have an idea for a product or new money generating venture, your idea can be reviewed and if accepted put in a product quickly (depending on sprint and idea, less than a week).

Company raised way too much money and is failing to live up to expectations.
Management infighting was awful and personal.
Company culture at times seemed bottom of the barrel.
