Pros
New CEO added employee holidays. Pay is competitive. My supervisor is supportive and attentive.
Cons
I enjoy the fast pace, but it's not for everyone. You have to work quickly and be comfortable multi-tasking.

Pros
National Remote opportunity; you can work from your computer; company sends work equipment to your home
Cons
1. Micromanagement is the norm for this company. Every thing you do will be tracked and monitored all through out the day. They will try to squeeze as much productivity out of you as possible. Employees refer to it as “slave plantation” because that us how you will feel. 2. Cold calling all day on an auto dialer. The marketing team tricks people into giving their information for us to call them. People think they’re applying for a job and they put in their name and phone number. Then we call them to sell them education that “might” help them get a job 3. Poor quality leads.
