I have been working at Andrew Wommack Ministries full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent teaching ministry and healthy christian environment to work in. Good PTO and flexibility to work remotely.

    Cons

Internal restructure happens often and no career paths established unless you are working in the phone center. Pay is low. No performance reviews so there is no way to know if there are any raises available.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Andrew Wommack Ministries full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Benefits options are ok. The work/life balance is awesome. Managers are always willing to hear what you have to say. The work schedules are very flexible, and a guaranteed 40 hr. work week. Great PTO, and time off with family. Has a very strong sense of work family here as well.

    Cons

Pay is moderate to low for this kind of position. The cost of benefits for anything other than single person is ridiculously high.

    Pros

You help people. You are around people that care about each other and are there to help when you are in need.

    Cons

Health care is expensive but that is pretty normal everywhere you go. Pay is average.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your people, and help your people financially where they don't have to work 4 jobs just to make ends meet.
